Room on the Broom is whooshing all over the world!

Over the past few months, Room on the Broom has been screened across the world. We’ve been delighted that the film has received high praise from festivals and audiences.

As well as winning the 2012 RTS Programme Award for Best Children’s Programme and the Cristal for Best Television Production at Annecy Animation Festival 2013 here are the other awards the film has picked up so far:

Vila do Conde (Portugal) – First Prize, Curtinhas Competition

Anifest (Czech Republic) – Best TV Movie

Cleveland International Film Festival (USA) – Audience Choice Award for Best Short Film

Athens International Film & Video Festival, Ohio (USA) – Second Prize in Animation Category

43rd Marin Short Film Festival (USA) – Honorable Mention, Animation

TIFF Kids International Film Festival ( Canada) – Best Animated Short Film
